Welcome to Northern ReLoved. By accessing our website, creating an account, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or services
1. About Northern ReLoved
Northern ReLoved is an online second-hand marketplace based in Ontario, Canada. We offer resale items, ReLoved Credits, and optional community programs. Participation in any program is voluntary.
2. ReLoved Credits Program
ReLoved Credits are part of our customer rewards program and are governed by the ReLoved Credits Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Key points:
- Credits have no cash value
- Credits are not redeemable for cash
- Credits may only be used toward purchases on Northern ReLoved
- Credits do not expire under Ontario law

3. Item Submission & Ownership
When items are picked up or dropped off for review:
- Items are submitted for potential acceptance, not guaranteed credit
- Credit estimates, where provided, are not guarantees
- Upon pickup or drop-off, all items become the property of Northern ReLoved
- Items deemed unsuitable for resale may be donated or responsibly recycled
- Items cannot be returned once surrendered
“By submitting items, you acknowledge and agree that submission does not guarantee the issuance of ReLoved Credits.”
4. As-Is Sales (Important)
All items sold by Northern ReLoved are second-hand and sold “as-is.”
This means:
- Items may show signs of prior use
- Measurements, descriptions, and photos are provided to the best of our ability
- Minor variations or imperfections are not considered defects
By purchasing, you acknowledge the used nature of items.
5. Refusal of Service
Northern ReLoved reserves the right to refuse service or participation in any program where necessary to protect operations, safety, or business integrity, provided such refusal is not contrary to applicable human rights legislation.
6. Program Changes
Northern ReLoved may modify or discontinue programs with reasonable notice. Existing credits will be honoured in accordance with applicable Ontario consumer protection laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
